I’ve been training with Jessica for several years. During my second pregnancy, with my doctor's permission, I continued to strength train as long as I could. Jessica helped me with modifications and gave me guidance on adjusting my weight amounts down as my pregnancy progressed. Because of the training I did with Jessica, my body was ready for labor and delivery and I was strong through my recovery. I am so grateful to Jessica for her encouragement and expertise. I came back at 6 weeks post-partum and Jessica continued to guide me back into a regular routine.  So happy to be a client of Personal Best Fitness Training!

Jessica’s Saturday morning strength class is one of the highlights of my week. Even though I’m not the best at crawling out of bed on the weekend, once I get there, I’m always so happy I got it in gear. It’s an excellent workout in a supportive environment and Jessica does a great job balancing the hard work of lifting, planking, and squats with a healthy dose of laughter. I leave ready to take on the day; full of energy and with a smile on my face. Come to class, you won’t be disappointed!
